Implementation(s) Specialist SUPERVISOR: Director of Operational Implementations DATE: 9/16/25 FLSA STATUS: As current position APPROVED BY: VP of Operations SUMMARY: The Implementation Specialist supports DASCO's operational initiatives by executing project tasks, coordinating with implementation teams, and assisting branch and ops teams during new program launches, system integrations, and process improvements. Reporting directly to the Director of Operational Implementations, this role ensures seamless execution of implementation activities, timely communication with stakeholders, and consistent adherence to company standards. The Implementation Specialist plays a key role in delivering "best in class" service to patients, hospitals, and referral partners by consistently demonstrating technical and process knowledge, an overall high level of performance, and behavior that exemplifies the DASCO values. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Assists in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation projects. 2. Provides input and support on new projects related to new workflows and systems. 3. Troubleshoot operational challenges during hospital portal or referral system integrations. 4. Provides quality training for new recruits and existing associates as needed 5. Assist with branch/ops coverage when needed. 6. Assist leadership with process development and product evaluations as needed. 7. Sets an appropriate example for other team members regarding DASCO values, process, compliance, organization, and company goals. 8. Attends additional training/corporate training as needed. 9. Assists leadership with compliance audits as required 10. Develops strong relationships and shares best practices with other team members; especially as it relates to onboarding and new acquisitions. 11. Maintains proficiency in department procedures. 12. All other duties as assigned by Manager/Director REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 1. At least 6-12 months' experience in current DASCO role. 2. Experience with previous DASCO acquisition or initiative. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: 1. Not applicable. ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: 1. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: The Implementation Specialist will engage in training activities during normal work hours, based on business need and the direction of the manager/director. Some travel may be required outside of normal work hours when traveling to/from training sites. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: This designation has no supervisory role but may function in an advisory capacity. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Training activity occurs primarily in a professional office setting. Depending on position being trained, training might also be conducted in a warehouse or clinical environment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: There are no physical demands beyond those of the individual's regular work. TRAVEL: Implementation Specialist will work in a hybrid designation; with travel required during acquisition/training.
