About the Role We’re looking for our first marketing hire. This role is for someone who can run paid campaigns (Google + Meta), manage influencer outreach on channels such as YouTube, assist with organic marketing/SEO, and help us build a repeatable growth engine. You’ll work closely with the founders and product team, bringing marketing expertise. While this role is for someone with experience that we can learn from, we’re also looking for a candidate who is passionate about rolling up their sleeves and executing on work directly in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Run and optimize paid ads on Google and Meta Research, contact, and manage influencer/YouTube partnerships Help draft and polish video tours of the product and other marketing materials Deeply understand our product and users in order to draft compelling content Design and test growth experiments across channels Measure and report performance (CAC, LTV, ROI) Share learnings and help build our growth playbook What We’re Looking For 3-8 years of growth or digital marketing experience (startup experience a plus) Hands-on experience running paid ads campaigns Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and budgets Excellent communication, especially for outreach and collaboration Curious, adaptable, and detail-oriented Nice to Have Experience with influencer or partnership outreach Copywriting or light creative/design skills Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
