Full Description

Maintenance Worker performs preventive and corrective maintenance in the plant under management supervision. Shift: Must be available for day and night shifts. Essential Duties • Installs new equipment and assists on special fabrication and construction projects. • Follows preventative maintenance schedule, repairs machines, and conducts daily greasing and oiling of plant equipment as needed. • Diagnoses and replaces equipment parts with little or no direction and maintains clean work area. • Responsible for using assigned personal protective equipment and required safety equipment; observes all Company safety rules and regulations. Requirements • Two years of experience with rendering or similar industrial-type equipment. • Welding and piping experience is preferred. • General mechanical aptitude to diagnose and repair problems with motors and other equipment.
