Job Summary TYLin is seeking a Payroll Quality Assurance Analyst Responsibilities & Qualifications DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Process all aspects of the payroll functions for assigned locations • Ensure all payrolls are completed accurately and on time • Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained • Ensure compliance with garnishment processing • Comply with all Canadian and US federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements • Participate in systems implementations relating to payroll • Act as a role model demonstrating being positive, a team player, and accepting of change • Maintain a good working relationship with core departments • Work effectively with third-party vendors such as OSV • Maintain customer service by assisting employees with payroll related questions • Interact with others in a way that enhances understanding and respect, perceive the needs of others, develop relationships, and effectively deal with conflict • Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATION and/or JOB EXPERIENCE): • 5+ years of experience in payroll processing • Prior experience with Workday is a must • Prior experience supporting payroll for multiple sites preferred • Prior experience processing payroll for the US and Canada is a must • Prior experience supporting payroll system implementations is a plus • Excellent proficiency in MS Office applications, primarily Excel • Demonstrate solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality • Client focused, always striving to give clients the best solutions. • High levels of integrity, always doing the right thing in an ethical, fair, and sustainable way. • Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
