About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support our Distribution Center operations. The ideal candidate values diversity works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and teamwork. You Will Bring • A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping customers look and feel their best. • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse assistant, warehouse assistant manager, or distribution environment. • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage respectfully with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Fluency in English (spoken and/or written). • Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. • Basic math and strong organizational skills. • Comfort performing physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Job Responsibilities • Load and unload products, including hanging garments and boxes weighing up to 15–20 kg / 50 lbs. • Receive incoming shipments, including opening boxes, performing verification counts, documenting discrepancies or damages, scanning and ticketing products, and attaching/inserting security control tags. • Sort, scan, and store garments on designated hanging racks organized by SKU, color, size. • Create and print store transfers. • Pick, pack, and close boxes according to packing lists • Follow all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and legislated guidelines to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe work environment.
