Full Description

Job Description: • Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations • Lead internal implementation calls for assigned implementation projects • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met • Work with the customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation • Monitor the progress of implementations projects assigned and identify any potential delays or issues that may arise • Work with Installation Director to schedule upcoming installations and resources needed • Work closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure that product is ordered and delivered on time • Manage all internal communication for assigned implementation projects • Provide clear and concise communication and updates to all key internal stakeholders • Delegate tasks to Implementation Coordinators as needed • Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to implementation process • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks • High level of personal ownership and ability to lead and influence non-direct reports • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited data • Ability to adapt to changing situations as new information and updates become available • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Benefits: • medical, dental, and vision insurance • retirement savings plans with company match contributions • paid vacation and sick time • wellness resources • life insurance • professional development opportunities
