We are looking for an experienced Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain team. In this role, you will drive sourcing strategies, build and manage supplier relationships, and support global initiatives that improve cost, quality, and delivery performance. What You’ll Do • Develop and implement supply strategies for assigned commodities. • Manage supplier performance across cost, quality, on-time delivery, and responsiveness. • Identify, qualify, and develop new suppliers, including negotiation of terms and performance assessments. • Resolve global supply issues (pricing, invoicing, delivery, quality). • Lead projects focused on cost savings, lead time reduction, regionalization, risk mitigation, and contracts. • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives. What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of supply chain experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment. • International purchasing experience with strategic responsibility for a broad range of commodities, including sand castings, investment castings, machined components, and fasteners. • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership. • Ability to interpret technical drawings, quality system requirements, and customer specifications. • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 30%).
