We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with a subspecialty in Infectious Disease to conduct Independent Medical Record Reviews for cases originating in Idaho. This is a remote, non-clinical opportunity ideal for physicians who are looking for flexible work outside of traditional patient care settings. Key Responsibilities Review Medical Records: Analyze patient records involving infectious disease diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes. Address Clinical Inquiries: Provide objective, evidence-based responses to clinical questions from insurance carriers or legal entities. Prepare Expert Reports: Deliver thorough and well-supported written reports within a standard 5-business-day turnaround.
