About the Role Dandy is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play an integral role in building out our FP&A capabilities and drive analytical processes to support mission critical business decisions. This role will focus heavily on COGS and manufacturing/supply chain finance, partnering with our operations and manufacturing leaders to improve cost visibility, efficiency, and forecasting accuracy. We are seeking a finance professional with proven experience in financial modeling, management reporting, and planning/forecasting. You will be joining a small but highly motivated FP&A team at an exciting time as we enter our next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role where you will help scale the finance function for a rapidly growing, complex, and data-intensive business. What You'll Do Partner closely with manufacturing and operations leaders to track and analyze COGS performance, including material, labor, and overhead costs. Deliver comprehensive management reporting to internal and external stakeholders synthesizing key insights on performance Support COGS forecasting and operational P&L budgeting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-range). Provide decision support on key initiatives, including cost reduction projects, capital investments, and operational improvement programs. Partner closely with our cost accounting team during monthly close cycles to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness Develop and implement new procedures and processes to enhance the productivity, efficiency, and workflow of the Finance Department, including process automation.
