The Product Manager, Rocking Bioreactor Consumables is responsible for multi-functional leadership and execute strategic direction set for Rocking Bioreactor consumables. This role is responsible for ownership of various elements of the products; from product launch to organization readiness, and product/service delivery & will work collaboratively with the regional commercial teams, supply chain, quality and R&D to the short and long-term revenue and profitability of the business. This will require leadership through influence and participation in key business decision making forums such as R&D, Product Quality, and Sales & Operations planning. This position reports to the Director, Product Management - Cell Growth and is part of the Upstream and Fluid Management team located in Marlborough, MA and will be an on-site role. We will consider a remote option for highly-qualified candidates. What you will do: Manage Rocking Bioreactor consumables product lines, including bags, accessories and other consumables used in/with Bioreactors for bioprocessing across all aspects of the products’ lifecycle. Maintain customer focus on value of Rocking Bioreactor consumable products. Represent voice of customer internally to advocate for customer needs. Demonstrate cross functional leadership to execute the vision and strategy of the Rocking Bioreactor consumables product lines. Be the business expert in the Rocking Bioreactor consumable products to complete product management responsibilities, including annual road-mapping and pricing review, along with function as the point of contact for questions and problem solving for internal business partners and external customers. Assist with strategy creation, direction and objectives of the Rocking Bioreactor product portfolio and works closely with cross-functional colleagues to ensure proper execution. Who you are: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field. 3+ years’ experience in product management, product development, marketing, or related field. Product Management/Marketing knowledge, including market trends/analysis, NPI process, product life-cycle management, product quality investigations and improvement. Demonstrated ability in influencing and leading cross-functional teams Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%, domestically or internationally It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Operation and/or use of the ReadyToProcess™ WAVE™25 Bioreactor QlikSense or SalesForce Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 - $140,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
