Job Description: • Responsible for creating the foundation for the strategic plans and decisions that will shape Global Operations • Create and maintain models that reflect the current state and utilize them to test future scenarios • Breakdown significant strategical problems through quantitative thinking and analysis • Visualize and communicate solutions to influence decision making • Collaborate in teams and with people at all levels of the organization to build and test hypotheses • Adapt to changing and often ambiguous situations as strategies take shape Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required • 9+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain or closely related field • Master’s degree with preference for 7+ years of experience • Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, or other analytical tools • Strong communication skills and facilitation skills with demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional strategic planning sessions • Ability to travel up to 20% Benefits: • health care program • paid time off • medical/dental/vision insurance • 401(k) • flexible remote working arrangements
