The Director, Product management, is responsible for managing the strategy, development, and lifecycle of assigned product lines within the RNA business unit. This includes executing marketing plans to position product lines competitively, while overseeing market research, pricing strategies, and customer insights. Collaborate with Research and Development, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales to launch new products or enhance existing ones. This position reports to the VP of mRNA and is part of the Product management function for an mRNA Business unit located in Fargo, ND and will be a fully remote role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Drive product performance through lifecycle management, pricing strategies, and product enhancements informed by market and customer insights. Manage day-to-day product portfolio activities, including tactical planning, pricing, discount policies, and product modifications based on voice-of-customer feedback. Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and ensure their needs are met through the product portfolio. Conduct market research and voice-of-customer analysis to identify opportunities for new or improved products. Partner with cross-functional teams to support new product development and launch activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Work with Marketing to develop and maintain product collateral, training tools, and tactical marketing plans to enable the Commercial Organization. Oversee team’s daily operations and performance management to drive efficiency and engagement. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience required 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of driving product success. Experience in mRNA LNP drug product within mRNA therapeutics, cell and gene therapy industry or adjacent industry Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel – 30% travel, Domestic and international. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience delivering innovative, client-centric products that meet or exceed business goals. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. The annual salary range for this role is $150,000- $190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
