This position is part of the Global Aseptic Filling Commercial Team and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. What you will do: Responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from start to finish including prospecting, client meetings & presentations, negotiations, through to sale Develop, manage, and execute territory sales plans for a high number of prospective customers Maintain an accurate sales funnel through weekly reviews of Salesforce Regular customer site visits within your sales territory and attending local and global trade shows and events Manage and contribute to RFI / RFP responses Who you are: Three or more years of outside sales management experience in Biotech Proven ability to close large and complex deals of $1M+ in value Willingness to regularly travel up to 40% Customer focused with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships Willingness to collaborate with a team distributed to different time zones (USCAN, EMEA, Asia) It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Two or more years experience in biopharmaceutical process development or manufacturing At Cytiva we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce. The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $120,000 to $140,000 USD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
