Detail-oriented, process-driven individual with expertise in Google Workspace and remote coordination to maintain scheduling accuracy and team synchronization.
Job Title: Operations & Systems Manager (Remote - High Accountability) Pay: $25.00 per hour Hours: 15–20 hours/week (Flexible but must be highly responsive) We are a high-output, professional digital series. We run a very tight ship with many moving parts. We are looking for an Operations Manager to take full ownership of our production logistics, specifically our "Grid" (Master Calendar) and team synchronization. This is a role for a high-level administrator who finds satisfaction in "Calendar Tetris" and zero-error execution. You are not an "assistant" waiting for instructions; you are the Project Manager responsible for ensuring that the system we’ve built runs perfectly every day. Core Responsibilities: • Systems Ownership: You own the Master Google Calendar. You are responsible for its 100% accuracy. If a date or location changes, you update the system and ensure every stakeholder (Cast/Crew/Post) is notified and confirms. • Team Synchronization: Working in tandem with the Director and AD to catch logistical overlaps before they happen. • Accountability: You will oversee internal scheduling updates to ensure nothing is missed. You are the final "Fail-Safe." Who You Are: • The "Logistics Shark": You are naturally paranoid about details. You hate typos and scheduling conflicts. • Process-Oriented: You don't need "babysitting." You see a problem and you fix the system so it doesn't happen again. • Tech Fluent: Expert in Google Workspace and remote coordination. • Non-Creative: You have no desire to be a writer or director. You take pride in being the "Brain" that keeps the business running. To Apply, please submit your resume and tell us what your favorite TV show is. Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
