A fast-growing creative production company is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support the executive team behind a digital series and multiple ongoing creative projects. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems before they happen. What You’ll Do • Manage calendars, schedules, and day-to-day coordination for the executive team • Organize production timelines, travel, and logistics • Ensure all moving parts stay aligned • Serve as the point of contact for partners, cast, crew, and vendors—professionally and discreetly • Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding all production details and personal information • Assist with task tracking, workflow planning, project prioritization, and internal communication • Anticipate needs—this is a role for a true problem-solver, not just a task-doer How This Role Actually Works This is a part-time role (approximately 15–25 hours/week) with a flexible schedule, but it does require a high level of responsiveness. Work happens as needed across all seven days, with occasional evenings or late-night moments when something urgent comes up and can’t wait. As you get more familiar with our systems and schedules, the goal is not more emergencies — it’s fewer. Success in this role means proactively managing logistics so last-minute issues become rare. Ultimately, this role is designed to fully own coordination across projects so the creative team can focus on writing, filming, and producing without having to think about scheduling or logistics at all.
