DTR is Hiring Experienced Diesel and Trailer Mechanics! Multiple Locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Area Our Mechanics Deserve the Best Benefits Mechanic Benefits: • Diesel Mechanics • $30 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and location • Trailer Mechanics • $25 - $35 per hour, depending on experience and location • Sign-on bonuses for 2nd and 3rd shifts • $3,000 total bonus for qualifying candidates • $1,500 paid after 90 days • $1,500 paid after 180 days • Shift differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts • Monthly productivity/bonus incentive program(s) • Training and development program • Comprehensive Benefits Package Includes: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) plan with company matching • Paid time off • Holiday pay Mechanic Shift Options: • 1st Shift • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM • Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday • 2nd Shift • 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM • Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday • 3rd Shift • 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM • Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Mechanic Requirements • At least 1 year of mechanical or equivalent experience • ASE certifications are highly desired but not required • Must pass pre-employment knowledge/skill test, background check (10-year), and drug/medical physical exam • Proven mechanical aptitude and basic math skills • Ability to read and write in English for documentation and communication • Must have own tools and safety steel-toed shoes WELCOME TO DTR We have been family-owned and operated since 1972, and serve our customers and employees like family through exceptional service, unwavering integrity, and unparalleled value.
