Job Description: • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with Daktronics’ digital transformation roadmap and growth objectives. • Assess organizational readiness and design interventions to minimize disruption and maximize adoption. • Provide a teachable approach by providing tools and resources for self-service adoption. • Curate and deliver engaging, role-specific training programs for automation tools, AI solutions, and new work techniques. • Collaborate with business leaders to embed change management into project plans. • Define KPIs for adoption and measure impact on productivity, efficiency, and employee engagement. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required. • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) designation or similar credentials strongly preferred. • 5+ years of experience in change management, training, broad leadership, or digital transformation initiatives. • Proven ability to lead change in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments. • Proven experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and digital learning platforms. • Effectively exercise discretion and independent judgment. • Fluent in English, written and verbal. • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position.
