Salary: 60,000-75,000 Summary: The Inventory Manager will serve The Daily Grace Co. by overseeing all aspects of product inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods from supplier to customer. This role is responsible for monitoring stock levels, coordinating reorders, managing offshore supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate systems that support the companys publishing and product operations. The Inventory Manager plays a vital role in ensuring TDGCs resourcesBible studies, books, devotionals, and complementary productsare available on time and at the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Finance, Editorial, and Marketing teams, this position ensures that inventory management processes reflect TDGCs commitment to excellence, stewardship, and customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field required. • 35 years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, or logistics, preferably in publishing, retail, or e-commerce. • Experience with inventory management systems, title management software, and warehouse management software (WMS). • Strong analytical and forecasting skills; ability to interpret data to make proactive decisions. • Proven ability to coordinate purchase orders (POs), monitor shipments and ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices), and manage supplier relationships. • Experience collaborating with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and offshore manufacturers. • Excellent organizational and documentation skills; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills with design, editorial, and marketing teams. • Experience in publishing, book production, or product manufacturing a strong plus. • Alignment with TDGCs mission, doctrinal statement, and brand identity (Sage archetype: wisdom, clarity, transformation). Job Responsibilities: 1. Inventory Oversight & Management • Monitor and manage inventory across all warehouses and platforms, ensuring accurate counts and visibility across systems. • Maintain accurate SKU records, product metadata, and lifecycle information through title management software. • Track inbound shipments, monitor ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices), and maintain real-time updates on product status. • Oversee reorders of products to prevent stockouts while minimizing overstock. • Maintain a master inventory dashboard reflecting active SKUs, on-hand inventory, in-transit stock, and reorder timelines. 2. Purchasing & Supply Chain Coordination • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for books, Bible studies, and related products in coordination with Finance and Supply Chain. • Coordinate with offshore suppliers, printers, and vendors to confirm production timelines, shipping windows, and quality standards. • Work closely with theEditorialteam to finalize product specifications and ensure accurate communication of materials, finishes, and production details to suppliers. • Collaborate with the Finance and Marketing teams to forecast purchasing needs and align reorders with budget and demand planning. • Maintain clear documentation and records of all POs, order confirmations, shipment tracking, and receiving logs. 3. Warehouse & 3PL Management • Serve as the primary point of contact for TDGCs third-party logistics (3PL) partners, ensuring accurate and timely receipt, storage, and shipment of products. • Coordinate with the 3PL to manage inbound and outbound shipments, resolve receiving discrepancies, and monitor turnaround times. • Partner with the warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and align with TDGCs quality and service standards. 4. Forecasting, Reporting & Optimization • Analyze inventory trends, sales velocity, and product performance to forecast future needs and identify opportunities for optimization. • Work with the Finance and Marketing teams to develop inventory forecasts that support sales campaigns and seasonal promotions. • Identify inefficiencies in procurement, shipping, or storage processes and propose system improvements. • Utilize data insights to prevent costly overstocks, stockouts, or delayed replenishments. • Integrate AI tools where appropriate to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline reporting processes. 5.
