Full Description

As a Level 1 Incentive Program Partner, you will provide foundational support for marketing programs, customer service inquiries, and business application processes. Your focus is on managing ticketing queues, assisting with user access, and maintaining basic documentation, all under close supervision. Position Responsibilities: • Facilitate timely responses to correspondence and inquiries entering the online ticketing system. • Provide updates to customer inquiries regarding open issues or tickets. • Assist in managing basic business application reports to ensure correct distribution. • Create and maintain Help Documents for business applications. • Assist with company website user login credentials. • Properly route rebate questions or inquiries to the appropriate analyst for resolution. • Provide payment status and tracking as requested by distributors or dealers. • Assist in other areas as necessary and requested Nature & Scope: • Works within well-defined instructions • Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks • Work is closely supervised Knowledge & Skills: • Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent customer service ability. • Detail-oriented and self-starter. Experience: 1 – 2 years • Customer Service Experience, either in person or phone/electronic communication • Problem resolution skills – ability to resolve issues with Manager oversight • Experience working within a team environment Education/Certification: High school diploma or GED equivalent People Management: No Physical Requirements / Work Environment: • Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations Reports To: Partner Incentive Solutions Manager Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
