Senior Full Stack Engineer – Java, Kotlin & React Location: Brooklyn Park, MN (100% Onsite) Duration: 6-month contract | 40 hours per week Pay Range: $60 – $82/hr W2 with benefits available Key Skills: Backend: Java, Kotlin; Frontend: ReactJS, Mongo DB About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who’s passionate about building reliable, high-performance software that drives real business results. You’ll join a collaborative, agile engineering team developing full-stack solutions using Java, Kotlin, ReactJS, and MongoDB. This is a hands-on development role focused on delivering production-ready code and solving complex technical challenges from end to end. What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and test code that aligns with business strategy and user needs • Build scalable APIs and responsive front-end features across Java/Kotlin and React stacks • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver new features quickly • Participate in story sizing, sprint planning, and test-driven development • Write and maintain unit tests, automated scripts, and other quality gates • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to improve reliability and performance • Ensure code and design documentation meet team standards What You Bring • 5+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, ReactJS, and experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases • Proven background in test-driven development and agile software delivery • Solid understanding of the full software lifecycle — design through deployment • Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail • Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) • Experience integrating front-end and back-end systems in enterprise environments • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
