Title: Project Manager - Human Resources Location: Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid – local candidates only Assignment Length: 6 months Compensation: $60-65/hr W2 Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in sales compensation or a specialized HR functional area. • Familiarity with incentive plan design and implementation. --- Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR Project Manager to support a client’s strategic Human Resources initiatives, with a primary focus on the 2025–2026 Sales Incentive Plan. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional projects, drive execution, and collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, Finance, Compensation, and Sales. Ideal candidates are agile, proactive, and comfortable operating as both strategic planners and hands-on drivers of project success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and milestones. • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Facilitate effective communication across teams and ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related information, risks, and decisions. • Lead project meetings, set agendas, and ensure productive outcomes. • Document and maintain project artifacts in accordance with HR and PMO standards. • Collaborate with change management and communications teams to integrate messaging into project plans. • Create presentations, communications, and resources to support project execution. • Escalate and manage changes to scope, budget, or timelines, proposing solutions as needed. • Support additional HR projects in areas such as Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and HR Operations. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably within HR or corporate environments. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., SmartSheet, MS Project). • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives, resolve issues, and drive results. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Mail Merge, DocuSign, and MS Teams. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Executive-level presence and ability to influence across levels. • Working knowledge of HR principles and practices.
