Title: Demand Phase-In Phase-Out Analyst Location: Remote Job Type: Contract (12 months) Compensation: $22-23/hr Industry: Medical Device --- About the Role We are seeking a Demand Phase-In Phase-Out Analyst to support the Phase-In Phase-Out (PIPO) demand process for a leading global organization in the healthcare and manufacturing industry. This role focuses on ensuring accurate demand data entry into ERP systems, facilitating inventory build requirements, and managing transitions between product phase-outs and phase-ins. You will play a critical role in aligning supply and production planning teams with accurate forecasts and requirements. Job Description • As a Demand Phase-In Phase-Out Analyst Analyst, you will: Collect, validate, and consolidate data requirements to prepare and submit inventory build requests to regional PIPO leads. • Follow up on inventory build requests with cross-regional country teams to ensure timely alignment and execution. • Prepare and deliver regular status reports on inventory build activities for leadership and senior management. • Support data tool analytics and contribute to process improvements. Qualifications • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent. • OR High School Diploma/GED with three (3) years of experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany. • Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, or Intercompany. • Proficiency in Office 365 (especially Excel), SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, and Power BI. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to support data-driven decisions. • Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. • Preferred: • Experience in project management. • Combined experience in supply chain and related assignments that enhance cross-functional awareness.
