Member Tech Support Representative • Contract-to-hire • Worksite Location: Remote | must be located within 50 miles of St Louis, MO • Compensation: $19.00 per hour (W2) • Start Date: 11/03 • Required Hours of Availability: 8am-6pm CST • What you will do as a Member Tech Support Representative: • Provide compassionate and professional technical support to members through inbound calls, helping troubleshoot and resolve issues with online accounts via both web and mobile platforms. • Ask clear, targeted questions to identify the root cause of technical problems and gather detailed information for internal IT teams. • Document member interactions and technical issues thoroughly and accurately to support reporting and issue resolution. • Use sound technical knowledge and strong problem-solving skills to guide members through solutions in a way that’s easy to understand. • Deliver exceptional service with patience and empathy, ensuring each member feels supported and valued. • What you will bring to the Member Tech Support Representative role: • High school diploma or equivalent. • At least 2 years of experience in technical support and/or customer service, with healthcare experience strongly preferred. • Excellent troubleshooting skills, computer savvy, and proficiency in navigating multi-screen workstations and multiple applications simultaneously. • Strong communication skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations and explain complex concepts simply. • Reliable attendance, critical-thinking skills, and a genuine desire to help others while advancing your career. • Proficiency with MS Office applications and a professional remote work setup, including the ability to be on camera for meetings and trainings.
