Full Description

As a Senior PM, you are the strategic lead for our most complex portfolios. You will replace a key pillar of our leadership team, taking over the management of high-stakes projects from concept to closeout. You will manage production staff, coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for our most valued clients. Very competitive compensation package. Key Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership: Oversee the full project lifecycle for substantial Multifamily, Hospitality, and High-End Residential projects. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic advisor to large building companies and investors, ensuring their goals are met with innovative, problem-solving design. Team & Production Management: Direct and mentor production staff (Drafters/Job Captains). You will ensure that BIM/Revit workflows are efficient and that document sets meet our "unparalleled" quality standards. Consultant Coordination: Lead the integration of structural, MEP, and civil engineering into a cohesive architectural vision. Financial & Schedule Oversight: Manage project budgets, fee structures, and critical path schedules to ensure long-term firm growth and profitability. What We Are Looking For Experience: 8+ years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in a dedicated Project Management role. Sector Expertise: Proven track record in Multifamily or High-End Custom Residential. Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Revit and a thorough understanding of Type V (Wood Frame) and Type III construction. Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) preferred. Leadership Style: A "Thought Partner" mindset—someone who can brainstorm concepts one hour and review a technical detail for code compliance the next.
