Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that our team delivers high-quality landscape services, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of horticulture and landscaping practices. Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of landscape maintenance and construction projects. • Supervise and train a team of landscape professionals to ensure high standards of service. • Oversee lawn care, tree care, gardening, and irrigation systems to maintain optimal health and aesthetics of landscapes. • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines. • Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work performed and ensure compliance with safety regulations. • Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. • Maintain inventory of landscaping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. Experience • Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping operations. • Supervising experience in a related field is essential. • Strong knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, gardening methods, and horticulture principles. • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance management. • Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
