Overview: We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be proficient in overseeing all aspects of construction projects. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities - Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they are on schedule - Monitor project progress and ensure it stays within budget and timeline - Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and schedules - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers Experience: The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven experience in construction management and supervising construction projects - Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management - Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings - Proficiency in HeavyBid or similar bidding software is a plus If you are a dedicated Construction Superintendent with a passion for building excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity to lead our construction projects to success.
