Job Description: Program Manager D-Riven is a fast-growing company that accelerates achievement for its customers through high quality project management, engineering and execution. The Program Manager for D-Riven is responsible for all elements of industrial programs, the Company is performing for its customers, and to bring those programs in on-time and at/or under budget. The ability to take charge of multiple million-dollar programs with a proven track record of on time and under budget results without compromise, is the corner stone of our group. We are looking for strong experience in navigating our multibillion-dollar customer’s company programs. Determining and managing the timeline, managing project managers and engineers, the flow and deadlines, in coordination with our Customer’s Program Management Team requirements is essential to our successful Supplier/Customer relationship. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Organize daily activities based on the goals of the organization • Work with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs • Evaluate and assess the programs’ strengths, weaknesses, VA/VE opportunities and risks • Monitor projects and oversee project managers to ensure goals are met • Meet with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals • Support and participate in activities that enhance the current safety culture at the site. • Perform and/or support definition of labor resources, specific skillsets, material resources, identifying long lead items to ensure ample time to procure to support program milestones. • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting milestones and adhering to deadlines • Delegate tasks on the program to Project Managers / Engineers • Make reasoned decisions with multiple options for how to progress with the program • Serve as a point of contact for Project Managers when there are competing priorities • Communicate with internal managers and customers to keep the program goals aligned • Perform quality control throughout development of the program • Adjust schedules/targets on the program as needs or financing for the program change • Perform other duties assigned from time to time by management team. Skills & Requirements: • Ability to manage to a timeline, build a team, work with multiple disciplines to achieve results • Hands-on, willingness to get involved, self-starter • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. • Time management and organizational efficiency • Proficiency in structured problem-solving • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (intermediate level or higher) • Ability to travel up to 50% (potentially more during program implementation). Required Experience and/or Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred • 5+ years of program management, or other related experience. • Experience implementing engineered solutions, manufacturing products, processes, and environment, and understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) • Experience leading teams and managing people • Hands-on experience working in a manufacturing environment Physical Requirements: • Occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch • Frequently must lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds Note: The duties and responsibilities listed above area intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this position.
