Location: Working onsite at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters 5 days per week. Join d-Matrix as an IT Support Specialist and be a key player in keeping our technology and infrastructure running smoothly! In this role you'll provide essential IT support to our growing team while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise systems and technologies. You'll work closely with our IT and HR teams to ensure our employees have the technology tools they need to succeed, whether they're working from our Santa Clara headquarters, one of our other global offices, or remotely anywhere in the world. What You'll Do Core IT Support • Provide first/second-level technical support through our ticketing system • Troubleshoot laptop hardware and operating system issues (Windows and macOS) • Resolve software application problems and connectivity issues • Support employees with day-to-day technology challenges Employee Lifecycle Management • Partner with HR to execute smooth IT onboarding and offboarding processes • Configure and deploy laptops and equipment for new hires • Recover and reset equipment from departing employees • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline these processes Microsoft 365 Administration • Manage user accounts and licensing in Microsoft 365 • Administer Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune • Support collaboration tools and ensure proper access controls • Assist with email and calendar management issues IT Asset Management • Track and manage inventory of laptops and other IT equipment • Coordinate equipment purchases and deliveries • Ensure all IT assets comply with security policies • Maintain accurate records of hardware assignments Office Technology Support • Maintain inventory of peripherals (keyboards, mice, cables, etc.) • Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity and Wi-Fi issues • Support printers, video conferencing equipment, and access control system • Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces function properly Documentation & Knowledge Sharing • Create and maintain IT support documentation • Contribute to internal knowledge base articles • Help develop self-service resources for employees • Document common issues and solutions What You Will Bring: • Solid understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems in a corporate environment • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and common enterprise applications • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Customer service mindset with patience and empathy • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ Years of Industry Experience. • Previous IT support or help desk experience • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD • Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) • Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) solutions • Basic understanding of IT security principles • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified, etc.) Personal Attributes • Strong Communicator: You can explain technical concepts to non-technical users clearly and patiently • Team Player: You collaborate effectively and embrace diverse perspectives for collective success • Self-Motivated: You can prioritize tasks independently and work with minimal supervision • Continuous Learner: You stay curious about emerging technologies and industry best practices • Service-Oriented: You're passionate about helping others succeed and take pride in solving problems Why You'll Love This Role • Gain comprehensive experience with enterprise IT systems • Work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-growing company • Opportunity to grow your career in IT support and administration • Collaborative environment with experienced IT professionals • Make a direct impact on employee productivity and satisfaction Additional Information This is a full-time, onsite position located in our Santa Clara Headquarters.
