We are looking for a reliable Online Chat Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through live chat. You’ll provide quick responses, guide customers through service information, and escalate more complex issues to the right department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can type quickly, write clearly, and maintain a professional tone at all times. You will also need to multitask between multiple chat conversations and document customer interactions accurately in our system.
