Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for Event Staff at CYTO | PHL, located in Philadelphia, PA. Event Staff will support the setup, execution, and teardown of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets client expectations. Responsibilities include assisting guests, coordinating with team members, maintaining event spaces, and providing excellent customer service throughout events. The role requires flexibility, collaboration, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist guests and interact effectively with clients and team members • Experience or knowledge in Event Planning and Event Marketing • Familiarity with Sales and the ability to promote event-related services • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth event operations • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required • Experience in the events or hospitality industry is preferred • A positive attitude, team-oriented approach, and strong work ethic
