Expected rate all inc on 1099 /C2C( Net 60 and 6% VMS) : Visa status: Current Location: Availability: Bachelor degree and years of passing : Master degree and years of passing : Passport Number: Interview Availability: Required Skills & Qualifications : Experienced in data integration and migration within large enterprise or multi-vendor programs (Workday Bullhorn Snowflake or similar ecosystems) Skilled at connecting dots across fragmented data and technology environments Strong understanding of data governance compliance and validation within complex operational systems Capable of turning complexity into clarity translating highly technical information into concise actionable insights for leadership Comfortable working side-by-side with facilitators and technical SMEs influencing through collaboration rather than authority Exceptionally organized analytical and proactive in identifying interdependencies and communicating them with precision Role Descriptions: The Data Migration Strategy Lead plays a critical role in unifying the complex web of data activities across the Horizon and Helios programs The role focuses on thinking connecting and synthesizing documenting deciding and communicating not facilitating or managing daily delivery Responsible for developing and maintaining the Data Playbook which consolidates strategies plans risks and dependencies across all data-related workstreams Aggregate and synthesize strategies plans and interdependencies across data workstreams including Bullhorn (1218) Workday (Invisors) CRM integrations SOX compliance client data and reporting Partner across vendors workstreams and business leaders to identify cross-team dependencies overlaps and sequencing gaps Create and maintain a single source of truth for data-related scope ownership and status Develop concise insight-driven materials for leadership clarifying status trade-offs and risks Ensure alignment between Workday (Helios) Bullhorn HubSpot and enterprise data architecture efforts Identify potential data quality sequencing or compliance issues and ensure risks are logged and mitigations defined Contribute to program-level reporting and executive reporting activities Partner with delivery teams to confirm data activities mapping migration validation archiving and compliance are progressing Essential Skills Thinking connecting and synthesizing documenting deciding and communicating across data workstreams Developing and maintaining the Data Playbook consolidating strategies plans risks and dependencies Aggregating and synthesizing data strategies across workstreams including Bullhorn Workday CRM integrations SOX compliance client data and reporting Identifying cross-team dependencies overlaps and sequencing gaps Creating a single source of truth for data-related scope ownership and status Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
