Role Seeking an Experiential Creative Director with a strong background in B2B experiences to help lead the creative strategy and execution for our 2026 Upfront event. This role requires a dynamic leader who can craft immersive and engaging experiences that resonate with business audiences. Experience with Upfronts is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale B2B events and a portfolio that showcases creative excellence and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Creative Vision and Strategy: • Develop and articulate a compelling creative vision for the 2026 Upfront event that aligns with brand’s and strategic B2B goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the creative direction supports overall event objectives and messaging tailored for business audiences. Concept Development • Lead the ideation and development of innovative concepts that create memorable and engaging experiences for B2B attendees. • Ensure all creative concepts are on-brand, forward-thinking, and resonate with business stakeholders. • Stakeholder Collaboration: • Work closely with marketing, communications, and executive teams to align creative strategies with business objectives. • Present creative concepts and progress updates to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in experiential marketing or event production, with a focus on B2B experiences. • Experience with Upfronts or similar large-scale B2B events is a plus. • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence and successful execution of B2B events. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus. • Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of the entertainment industry. Pay Rate Range • $90-100/hour on W-2 Job #2836-1
