Cynet Systems is a company focused on project management and analysis, and they are seeking a Project Manager to support project planning, execution, and stakeholder communication. The role involves managing project resources, analyzing data, and ensuring successful transitions to management personnel. Responsibilities • Identify required resources and research project data, procedures, and history for a thorough understanding of project direction. • Generate, analyze, and report statistical and project data. • Develop, prepare, and manage project plans through completion. • Communicate project progress to involved parties and resolve stakeholder-related issues as appropriate. • Participate in oral presentations and provide training as needed. • Ensure completion of required release materials. • Perform other duties as assigned and support the organization’s quality programs. • Travel as required. • Administer company personnel policies in all areas and follow staffing standards and training recommendations. • Interview, hire, and establish performance development plans for colleagues. • Conduct performance discussions and provide guidance, leadership, and motivation to maximize team performance. Skills • Six (6) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning • Knowledge of related field procedures or insurance/managed care systems and operations • Strong project management knowledge • Data analysis expertise with advanced Excel skills • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products • Strong analytical, interpretive, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Good negotiation skills and ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations • Coursework in Computer Sciences Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, or related field Company Overview • Headquartered in Washington DC Metro Area, Cynet Systems is a top talent supplier for companies across North America.
