Role Overview: As the React Native Development Lead, you will spearhead the development and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your role is pivotal in translating design concepts into seamless, user-friendly interfaces while leading a talented development team to deliver robust and scalable solutions. What You'll Do: - You will lead the design, development, and deployment of React Native applications ensuring high performance and responsiveness. - You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect user interfaces that meet design specifications. - You will mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - You will oversee code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain application stability. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams including product management and QA to deliver high-quality releases. - You will stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to enhance application functionality. - You will contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the future direction of mobile development at Cynet Systems. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3 years focused on React Native. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native framework. - Experience with native iOS and Android development is highly desirable. - Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring development teams. - Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to translate designs into functional apps. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and agile development methodologies. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management in mobile apps. - Background in backend development or cloud services integration. - Contributions to open-source React Native projects or active participation in developer communities.
