Job Description: • We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). • The ideal candidate should independently engage with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements without waiting for direction. • Strong experience in SPM modules such as Demand, Project, Resource, Financial Planning, and Agile Development. • Skilled in building and analyzing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support strategic decisions. • Required : ServiceNow CSA, SPM Implementation Specialist, or equivalent.
