5+ years in healthcare staffing sales including government sector locum tenens, experience with Schedule 621i, and proven RFI/RFP success.
Description: • Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients • Work with a team of lead generators to ensure they have the right pitch and engagement tools to bring good leads to your desk. • Identify and work with the proposal team to identify and fill RFIs and RFPs at the state, local, and federal level • Develop relationships with key decision-makers at direct facilities for all staffing needs and partner with them on filling their needs exclusively • Perform prospect visits to hospitals and other facilities to educate and inform on our staffing services and drive exclusive and set-aside business for the company. • Attend community networking events to create additional business relationships • Keep abreast of trends in the industry and identify new opportunities for the growth of your portfolio • Maintain high daily prospecting outreach via phone and email • Willing to Travel up to 35% Travel up to 35% Requirements: • 5+ years in Sales and Business Development • 5+ Years of proven experience in Healthcare staffing (Clinical/Allied/HIT/Locums) • 3+ Years of a proven track record of Healthcare Staffing in the Government Sector specifically for locum tenens • Experience with Schedule 621i • RFI/RFP Experience; History of winning RFI/RFPs Benefits:
