Senior Sales Director – Aerospace & Defense (Digital Portfolio Leadership) Location: Ideally based in the Northeast U.S., with flexibility for travel across customer sites and internal hubs. Role Overview: The Senior Sales Director will be responsible for managing and expanding one of our largest Aerospace & Defense (A&D) customer accounts, with a focus on driving growth across their Digital Portfolio. This role also leads digital sales efforts across the broader A&D customer and prospect landscape, encompassing existing engagements (EE++), expansion opportunities (EN), and net-new pursuits (NN). Key Responsibilities Strategic Account Leadership • Own and grow the digital footprint within a marquee A&D customer. • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer transformation goals. Digital Sales Leadership • Lead digital sales across the A&D vertical, including EE++, EN, and NN motions. • Drive adoption of cloud, AI, data, digital thread and digital engineering/manufacturing solutions including but not limited to PLM, ALM, MES Portfolio Management • Oversee the Cyient's A&D Digital Portfolio, ensuring alignment with business outcomes in North America • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities Stakeholder Engagement • Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and program leaders. • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, delivery, Digital Technology) to ensure customer success. Market Development • Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities across the A&D sector. • Represent the company at industry events and forums to elevate brand presence.
