War on Cost has an opening for a Project Engineer to support Systems and Product Change and Production Incorporation reviews for aircraft engine systems and components. This role works closely with engineering teams to facilitate disciplined execution of engineering reviews, ensure requirements are met, and support quality and reliability outcomes. Role Responsibilities The Project Engineer supports the execution of systems, product design change, and production incorporation reviews, including: • Coordinating with systems, product, and manufacturing engineering integrated product teams to identify required reviewers, schedule and facilitate reviews, and ensure appropriate engineering representation. • Facilitating engineering review logistics and execution, including documenting decisions, action items, and attendees, and maintaining accurate records within engineering databases. • Processing workflow requests and post-review requirements in accordance with established engineering standard work. • Tracking, monitoring, and driving closure of review actions to ensure completeness, compliance, and alignment with regulatory requirements. • Communicating effectively with internal engineering stakeholders and customers to support timely, compliant engineering review outcomes. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience. • Experience working within an engineering environment supporting technical reviews, design changes, or production processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate structured reviews and present information clearly. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience working with electronic engineering or product data systems. • Ability to manage multiple requests, track action items, and support disciplined engineering execution. • U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts. Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting aircraft and/or aircraft engine systems. • Familiarity with engineering change management and formal review processes. • Experience with Product Data Management (PDM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. • Experience with tools such as Teamcenter PLM, SAP ERP, or SharePoint.
