High school diploma, experience in manufacturing or assembly, proficiency in safety procedures, teamwork, and reliability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Accurately interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications, company specifications, sampling procedures, designs, forms, and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliable data. • Utilize digital technology and manual measurement tools to scan and measure unserviceable jet engine hardware. • Gather accurate and detailed data pertaining to the condition and distress modes of the hardware. • Collaborate with the analysis team to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures while operating equipment. • Maintain equipment functionality through regular inspections and maintenance tasks. • Document all procedures, findings, and data in a clear and organized manner. • Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite. Engineering/Quality/Inspection Experience - HIGHLY PREFERRED Computer Proficiency - REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: • Associate/Bachelor Degree in an aviation/robotics/digital technology or related field preferred • At least 1-year relevant quality work experience preferred • Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Office applications required • Minimum of 2 years' experience in basic dimensional/visual inspection preferred on aviation or related equipment (airframe, powerplant, and or avionic)
