As the leading data security platform purpose-built for the cloud era, Cyera’s mission is to reinvent how businesses secure data, enable agile collaboration, and boldly pursue new business opportunities. Trusted by security teams at leading global businesses, our team is proving that data security is the next big thing in cyber. Backed by the world’s leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data security. THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Program Manager to support initiatives within the Office of the CEO. You will serve as a key connector across the organization — translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, ensuring flawless execution, and driving alignment between the CEO, GTM team, and broader company. This role combines program management and project execution to advance Cyera’s top initiatives with clarity, speed, and impact. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates exceptional communication and organizational skills, and exercises sound judgment when navigating sensitive information and executive-level decisions. Success in this role also requires strong business acumen and the ability to thoughtfully challenge cross-functional inputs to drive alignment. This role reports to the CEO’s Chief of Staff and is an in-office role based in New York City — candidates must be present in the office at least three days per week. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support CEO Priorities: Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure CEO focus areas are translated into measurable actions and results. Program Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional programs and projects from inception to completion, ensuring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables are met. Project Management: Apply structured methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution plans. GTM Alignment: Partner closely with the GTM team to ensure alignment across key business priorities and company objectives. Operational Excellence: Maintain clear operating rhythms — including dashboards, trackers, and regular updates — to keep initiatives on course and leadership informed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure organizational alignment and efficient communication. Confidentiality & Judgment: Handle sensitive and confidential business matters with discretion and professionalism. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: 4–7 years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, or a related strategic role — ideally in a fast-paced B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment. GTM Experience: Demonstrated success executing cross-functional go-to-market initiatives. Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and timely delivery. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly and effectively; strong teamwork and collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders. Technical Fluency: Proficiency in tools like Asana, Jira, Notion, or Smartsheet, and comfort working with dashboards and reporting frameworks. Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive amid ambiguity, manage shifting priorities, and maintain focus on key outcomes. Education: Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PgMP, or Agile certification a plus. Location: Must be based in New York City and available in-office at least 3 days per week. COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements. This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors. BENEFITS - Why Cyera? Ability to work remotely, with office setup reimbursement Competitive salary Unlimited PTO Paid holidays and sick time Health, vision, and dental insurance Life, short and long-term disability insurance Location Requirements None
