THE OPPORTUNITY We’re seeking a detail-oriented, organized, experienced Problem Solver Data Analyst to join our team. You’ll serve as the data expert across various projects, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams throughout the organization. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven insights. • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau (or other BI tools). • Write complex and optimized SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets. • Define and monitor key metrics, and proactively identify trends or anomalies. • Drive analytical projects from conception through execution and delivery. • Contribute to data model design and data pipeline improvements in collaboration with data engineers. • Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, reports, and metrics, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the presented data. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role. • Expert-level SQL skills — you’re comfortable exploring and manipulating large datasets. • Proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI). • Experience working with stakeholders across functions; strong communicator and collaborator. • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
