THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager who lives and breathes performance marketing. This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can design, execute, and continually optimize multi-channel paid advertising programs that drive qualified pipeline and measurable ROI. The right candidate is an advertising guru, with strong knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and a holistic understanding of the buyer’s journey, from the very first ad impression to the user’s experience on our website. You’ll be responsible for full-funnel campaign execution, ensuring that ads not only capture attention but also convert prospects into customers RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Execution: Own paid media strategy and execution across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, X, YouTube, and Reddit. Full-Funnel Approach: Develop campaigns that support awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and talent acquisition. CRO Mastery: Partner with web and content teams to optimize landing pages, ad creative, and user flows for maximum conversion. Testing & Iteration: Build hypotheses, run structured tests, and rapidly iterate on creative, targeting, and messaging to continuously improve performance. Platform Expertise: Leverage platform-specific best practices and innovations, including collaborating directly with the LinkedIn Startups team. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with brand, content, and product marketing teams to ensure ads align with messaging, campaigns, and overall GTM strategy. Pipeline Focus: Deliver measurable results tied to pipeline and revenue, not just clicks or impressions. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to leadership. Optimization: Stay on top of what’s working (and what’s not), proactively adjusting budgets, creatives, and channels to maximize ROI. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns in B2B SaaS, ideally in a high-growth environment. Proven ability to run full-funnel campaigns that drive pipeline, not just leads. Hands-on expertise in LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, X, YouTube, and Reddit Ads. Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO), including landing page testing and user journey optimization. Proven experience working in a startup environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external agencies. Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently and seeing them through to completion. Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in campaign measurement and optimization. Experience managing budgets, reporting on ROI, and aligning paid media with business goals.
