THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a mid-level data analyst to drive data initiatives across our go-to-market functions. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable data solutions, and will take a leading role in diverse operations projects including territory planning and forecasting. You will also play a key role in translating business needs into clear metrics, and serving as a trusted analytics partner to Sales, Marketing and Product teams. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support analytical use cases. • Assist on a wide variety of operations projects, including territory planning and forecasting • Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reports used by GTM stakeholders. • Contribute to the analytics engineering layer using dbt and version control tools. • Translate vague business problems into actionable insights and KPIs. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the accessibility and quality of data. Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • 4–8 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. • Experience with revenue operations projects supporting top-tier sales organizations. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data. • Hands-on experience with dashboard/reporting tools (any platform). • Understanding of ETL/data transformation processes and tools (e.g., dbt, git). • Strong communication skills and business intuition, especially in a Sales or Marketing context.  COMPENSATION INFORMATION: In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
