Full Description

Job Description: As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, strategic initiatives involving enterprise applications, mobile-digital products, and in-house technology solutions. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and technical teams. You will be responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple business and technology workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. Key Responsibilities: • Provide leadership across multiple medium and large internal projects, managing financials, scope, schedule, and risk • Create and execute project work plans, adapting methodologies to meet changing needs • Coordinate implementation, execution, and completion of business and technology projects • Manage operational and administrative activities of assigned project teams • Work across business areas to align IT and business deliverables • Prepare and deliver presentations for various audiences including executives and project teams • Monitor and communicate project progress, ensuring timely and accurate updates • Foster collaboration between technical and business teams to drive consensus and commitment • Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, communication plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, change requests, and closeout summaries • Facilitate change management processes and ensure proper approvals for scope, schedule, or budget changes • Create corrective action plans for projects in yellow or red status • Review vendor contracts and manage deliverables according to approval procedures • Support onboarding of new project management staff and participate in process improvement initiatives Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role with a background in team development • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT capacity with understanding of applications, databases, networking, and connectivity • Proven experience delivering enterprise applications and digital products • Strong leadership, judgment, and stakeholder engagement skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extensive knowledge of project management and systems development lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, Iterative) • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Familiarity with project portfolio management tools such as Clarity • Ability to lead complex assignments and interact with senior management • Understanding of revenue models and cost-to-completion projections • Preferred PMP certification or equivalent experience The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr.
