Full Description

We are looking for an Implementation Specialist with a strong technical background to join our fast-growing Med Tech company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has built solid experience in IT and infrastructure roles and has recently stepped into management. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in technical roles (with hands-on experience in networks and SQL) and at least 1 year of experience leading teams or managing projects. Experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for a technically fluent individual who can manage software implementation projects in a healthcare environment. This is a remote position, but the role will require occasional business trips to client sites. Key Responsibilities • Lead the implementation and support of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) and other IT solutions to streamline laboratory workflows. • Oversee technical project delivery, including server, network, and lab equipment setup. • Manage project timelines, priorities, risks, and resources across multiple implementations. • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful delivery. • Monitor and improve SLAs and service performance metrics. • Communicate with internal teams, external vendors, and senior management. • Manage budgets and project documentation. • Continuously improve implementation and support processes. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in technical roles (e.g., system administration, IT infrastructure, network management). • 1+ year of experience in project management or team leadership. • Solid knowledge of networks and SQL. • Experience with software deployment, troubleshooting, and system configuration. • Familiarity with data integration (APIs, databases, etc.) is a strong advantage. • Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and technical client support. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Fluency in English (C1+); Russian language skills are a strong plus. • Willingness to travel for business when required.
