Position Overview The VP of Residential Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth in the residential market. This role involves leading a team of sales professionals, establishing strong relationships with customers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality home services. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the residential segment. • Lead, mentor, and manage the residential sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the home services industry. • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications • Residential sales leadership experience in home services is required • Proven success scaling multi-location, field-based sales teams. • Strong command of KPIs, forecasting, and performance management. • Willingness to travel regularly. • Proven track record in a leadership role, ideally as a Director of Sales or similar position. • Strong knowledge of home services, including fencing and related industries. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
