Position Overview The Traveling Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects across various locations, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves direct supervision of project activities and collaboration with team members, clients, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities • Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. • Coordinate and supervise field personnel and subcontractors. • Ensure project adherence to safety standards and regulations. • Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary. • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management. • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control on all projects. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, particularly in concrete projects. • Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel frequently to project sites and work in diverse environments. • Familiarity with commercial construction practices such as Tilt Wall, Ground Up, Tilt up, and Pre Cast is a plus.
