Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Traveling Mitigation Project Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing commercial property restoration efforts, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction while adhering to timelines and budgets. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate and manage water damage mitigation and other disaster restoration projects from start to finish across multiple locations. • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in restoration project management. • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. • Oversee on-site teams, ensuring safety protocols are followed and that work meets quality standards. • Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed project plans to address specific restoration needs. • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates. Qualifications • Proven experience in commercial disaster restoration project management • IICRC Certification is required. • Familiarity with Xactimate • Demonstrated ability to travel frequently and manage projects in various locations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
