Position Overview The Technical Sales Manager - Automotive OEM is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue through Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with OEM clients while ensuring a deep understanding of automotive products and technologies to effectively meet client needs. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve OEM sales targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends within the automotive sector. • Utilize customer relationship management tools to track sales performance and customer interactions. • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align OEM offerings with market needs. • Negotiate contracts and agreements with OEM partners to maximize revenue and profitability. • Provide technical sales support and product knowledge to OEM clients and internal teams. • Stay informed about automotive technology advancements and industry developments. Qualifications • BS Degree or higher. • Proven experience in OEM automotive sales or technical sales roles. • Strong customer relationship management skills and experience. • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. • In-depth product knowledge of automotive technologies and industry standards. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies successfully. • Strong analytical skills for market analysis and opportunity assessment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Frequent local travel required for inperson sales meetings.
