Full Description

The Technical Project Manager will support the Director of Technology Solutions by leading the engineering team in operational tasks from scoping new features and scheduling project work, to creating Jira tickets, coordinating Production releases, and hosting team retrospectives. This person will proactively identify dependencies, keep developers unblocked, keep stakeholders up-to-speed on active projects, and help the Engineering team deliver quality work on schedule. What You Will Be Doing • Manage development roadmap: plan upcoming sprints with developers to ensure projects are completed and released on time. • Facilitate scrum processes: schedule and run agile ceremonies for the engineering team, including sprint planning, grooming, standup, and retrospectives. • Assist the team in breaking down work into manageable tasks and estimating effort. • Work with Product to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings: including scheduling, the creation of meeting agendas and minutes, and driving completion of action items. • Identify dependencies and potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies. • Foster a collaborative environment where the team can be productive and self-organizing. • Provide visibility into development progress and overall project status. • Provide strategic insights on operational performance. • Continuously refine delivery methodologies and frameworks to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall project success.
